I was wondering if anyone can share some good info, i.e., books, links, lists,

etc. regarding Candida. I have many symptoms, and scored over 300 in the Yeast

Connection Handbook. Am looking for resources, recipes, etc. Thanks!

MIchelle, Please see a homeopath and eat A LOT of healthy vegetables,

drink LOTS of water and eat absolutely NO sugar or refined foods. NO bread.

Try to also stay away from grains as yeast thrive from grain too. This is

SOOO hard but I am going through this too. I had a hell of a time at first

but now, since I have changed my diet and used some homeopathic drugs, I am

feeling SOOO much better. I still have yeast but it is much better than it

was and is getting better every day. I was seeing a homeopath and am

considering starting again when I am home full-time. There is a book

called " Candida the yeast connection " that I read and it talked a lot about

the disease. See a homeopath and if you cannot afford that, just eat VERY

healthy for a couple of months and drink tons of water and you will notice

the change.

Please email me privately if you need a support person. It is HARD when

you begin. I was dying for chocolate and sweets. I will be praying for

your healing.

Blessings Be.
