Hello and here is an exciting posting from McIsaac, Director of Playback Theater in NYC, whose company will be performing in Washington DC on September 7th and 10th (please call him at the phone number below for exact times). Playback is hoping to help create 2 new theater groups in S. Africa, for and by people living with HIV/AIDS, and has just been in South Africa laying the groundwork now. At least one of them is youth-oriented and composed of youth members, so I will post to 2 youth-related eforums as well as several more general ones. Playback Theater (NYC) is working on a project to help create two new theater groups in South Africa. Groups for and by people living with HIV/AIDS. If you would like to see us perform and are in the Washington DC area...we are part of a national SEIU union delegates' gathering. We have two shows you are welcome to... The time for the show with nurses from all over the US is 11am on Sunday Sept 7. And the MPAC performance for other union reps is noon on Wednesday Sept 10.
