Great legislator, potentially running for Attorney General

Hi all:

Pleas do not take offense at this posting as I do not want you to think I am

soliciting on IPADDU for donations...rather, I wanted to inform our members

about a great north shore legislator from ton who is planning to run for

Attorney General if Madigan does not run. She is someone we should be

watching carefully. She already gets our issues and she is extremely smart and

knowledgeable. She could be an asset to us in higher office.

In fact, I am hosting a coffee for her at my home on Monday, June 22nd at 11 am.

If anyone is interested, I have put the flyer in our files.

That's one of my favorite quotes by and about women . . . . We are now just 2

weeks away from my first-ever women's fundraiser.

Although we're still in a holding pattern before the official announcement, I'm

excited to tell you that I'm moving ahead as a candidate for statewide office.

We are doing everything possible: numerous house parties, a large and growing

exploratory committee and visits throughout the state. But to be a viable

candidate, I'm asking people to invest in me as a statewide leader by helping me

before the crucial June 30 fundraising deadline.

That's why you're so important. The women's fundraiser will be held on Monday,

June 22, at 333 N. Canal, from 5-7 pm. We will be able to enjoy the company of

wonderful women while watching a beautiful cityscape from the river's edge.
