trusts, guardianship vs. powers of attorney, the Children's Medicaid

Waiver, the Adult Medicaid Waiver, home based support services,

letters of intent?  Confused about what happens " when the bus stops

coming " ? Get " unconfused " by spending some time traveling down the

road to understanding and peace of mind with Sherri Schneider and

Rubin.  Learn the who, what, where, when, why and how of

government benefits. Learn the who, what, where, when, why and how of

special needs estate and future planning, including: special needs

trusts; guardianship and the alternatives when 18; gifting, the right

way, by grandparents and extended family; impact of divorce and child

support on government benefits; maintaining employer group health

insurance – forever; and many more topics… an interactive presentation

by parents for parents, heart to heart.

*Directions to New Trier Northfield Campus

From North: I-94 (IL 41) to Tower Rd. exit; go south on Frontage Rd.

which turns into Happ Rd. until you reach Northfield Campus (just

south of Winnetka Ave.). Park on west side of Happ.

From West: I-294 (Tri-State Tollway); exit east on Willow Rd. to Happ

Rd.

South on Happ to Northfield Campus. Park on west side of Happ.

Park in lot on WEST side of Happ Road ONLY. All other areas will be

towed.
