Taking a cue from market leader Cipla and others like Aurobindo Pharma, Zydus has decided to cut the prices of its three drugs by nearly 50 per cent. “We want to provide drugs to the AIDS-affected persons at a realistic price.” Zydus Group executive director Mr. Ganesh Nayak told ET. While a 10-tablet strip of Zydowin (100 mg) is currently priced at Rs 100, that of Ladiwin (150 mg) is priced at Rs 230.
