Guest guest
You're welcome! I really thought it was a great article...very informatie. Do you want to read what it had to say about the 25-34 age group? Just let me know and I'd be happy to send it. This calorie chart seemed like a really good one...I like that they define low, moderate and high and it's not too restrictive calorie wise. It seemed right on target to me. I'd like to see that age group if you don't mind Thanks!!!
Guest guest
> Calories for your activity level > Weight Low Moderate High > 120 1,418 1,655 1,891 > 130 1,456 1,699 1,942 > 140 1,495 1,744 1,993 > 150 1,533 1,788 2,044 > 160 1,571 1,833 2,095 , Thanks bunches for sending the article! Since I weigh 163 right now I can go off the 160 calories, and at moderate (which is exactly what I am right now, well I figure with the Intro tape everyday, it isn't exactly a total workout) but when I move to the Basic tape I know I will be upping my calories to the 2,000 catagory. Yesterday I was at 1,779 for calories and 31.5 grams of fat. Which is funny cause in the morning I have a bagel with 1 tablespoon of butter on them, and that is 7g of fat right there. Guest guest
Friday, August 04, 2000 Murder or a Bad Vaccine? - GCN - NEWS @ 9:28 am PST The September issue of Redbook features a 6-page article with the title " Was it murder, or a bad vaccine? " The headline that follows reads " It's a question that is tearing families apart, as prosecutors blame parents for the short-comings of common vaccines. " The Redbook article is one more example in the changing tide of vaccine awareness. The article discusses how parents are treated by government officials when something goes wrong with the vaccination process. The article points out that, in some cases, parents have been charged with Shaken Baby Syndrome and have been sent to prison as a result of mis-diagnosed vaccine reactions. According to the article, a government official had this to say about vaccine injuries: " we are very disturbed to learn that there are a lot more injuries [from vaccines] than is realized. " Get your hands on this issue of Redbook magazine before it is off the shelves. Online: Redbookmag.com --- Thank you to Drs. Madeline Behrendt and Logothetis for getting us this important information. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- List Owner of Vaccinations and Vaccine Info www.geocities.com/mom2q (my work in progress!)
