I know my dentist says that the white oak bark is excellent for the gums!

Keeps them strong and healthy!! Well thanks for the victory story!! I want

to start using this also. Is the taste really bad? And how often do they

recommend it?

Wow that is sooo cool, I ordered it yesterday, I have two boy 4 and 7

and one has had at least 8 cavities and the 4 yr old has one and I am NOT

going to have dental insurance any more so this is WONDERFUL to hear.

Thanks for your story..and thanks for whomever put it here..I have it

copied off, but not here next to me.

The original poster said 4x weekly. Actually, it tastes pretty good. I got

the non-alcohol tincture black walnut, and the white oak comes in capsules.

I have a small natural food/vitiman store here in town

and asked them how to get it...I was surprised they

had it in stock..well she thought she did..she had

to order the white oak bark capsules ..

Just ask your natural food store...they may be able

to order it.
