Guest guest
Background info - had thyroid symptoms and test results showed slightly elevated tsh. 18 months ago - prescribed thyroxine. Felt a tiny bit better. Increased dose - felt worse again. Tried Armour - same thing happened. Stopped taking. I've also been taking prescribed iron for 18 months and this was prescribed for low ferritin levels of 18, but recently they've been in the 70's. For some reason they didn't do ferritin this time. Now I'm on no thyroid meds and have been for about ten weeks. Although my TSH is high my T3 & T4 are ok, so should I feel ok? I feel better now than when I was on anything or before I took anything, but I still feel pretty bad.(i've also had saliva cortisol tests done and it was a bit above range in the morning, a bit too low in the day and then a bit too high before bed) I'm interested in the iron ones because two of them are just below reference range but the saturation is in range. But I'd appreciate any comments about any of the other results. My worst symptoms are hair loss and brain deadness and sore joints and back and feeling 100. Thank you.
