Hi Sheila and all

In response to your email as far as I know I have not had any iron to cause

blackened stools.

I have had a couple of days with vitamin B complex that has B12 and folic acid

in. I have not had any Charcoal either. Apart from T3 and Prednisolone which I

am trying to cut down to 5mg a day as DR P tells me that I would not get

Osteoporosis with that dose, but the pain comes back, I have only been taking

VIT C to help with constipation.

The puncture in my scooter has been mended.

Kathleen

PS-There is BEEF GELATIN in the vitamin B, and in mentions IRON OXIDES,but in

all since I bought them I have only had 4.
