Thanks so much Sheil I will read up.

Ive been taking one sachet each eve with my zink, vit b, vit d and selenium.

As it contains some vit c ive not been taking an extra high dose. Ive been

taking soluble vit c 1000 in work at lunch so ill start taking it will double

iron in the eves.

So i will concentrate on my iron absortion and continue on my 75 t4 and 25 t3.
