I was diagnosed with Hashimotos a couple of years afer having Glandular Fever

too!

Hi Pat, you are so right, we all have a disposition to get an autoimmune condition and only need a trigger to start the process. be it an illness or some environmentalproblem or even hormones. my trigger was pregnancy. the first time it happened was the true start , but the second started the ball rolling so to speak.then it is all went down hill from then. if only doctors took more notice a bit more. it starts very slowly and you don`t realise you are ill straight away. Angel.
