Guest guest
Hi there, how is your iron levels, if low then taking some iron will help. take this pm. if Ok then i would certainlytake Selenium. 200mcg per day am. this will stop. any attack from possable auto-antibodies. these may well be presentlater in the pregnancy. the first trigger may have happened if you need to take thyroid medicines. this pregnancy may be the second attack. this starts the ball rolling down the hill.the selenium is a must. i had undiagnosed thyroid problems which was triggered by the changes in the immune system which happens naturally in pregnancy. but if you have a predisposion thenit triggers the auto-antibodies in thyroid disease. I developed pre-eclampsia . now both my sons have learning problems.i am not saying that you will have problems just that to be aware of a few things. if i had known about selenium thenit may well be a different story. i was never diagnosed at this time . best wishes for a normal pregnancy and birth. angel.
