Hi Niki

I too used to suffer what was referred to as " Growing Pains " in my legs growing

up. The pains were horrendous, all down the backs of mu legs and behind my

knees. I used to solve it by painkillers and hot water bottles behind my legs in

bed on a night. I still remember walking with my son in the pram into town and

back in winter, I would have been about 23 then and having those terrible

growing pains that night. I still get leg cramps which can make me cry at times

but not the same as those other pains. It was blamed on me being 5ft 8ins from

the age of 13 which was classed as quite tall in 1968.

It sounds very similar to yours?

I reccomend do not leave of the NAX.It will not help to be adrenaly challenged

at this time.

PS I am 4 stone overweight since having the thyroid disease and it is no fun I

know?

Luv Stephie

ache - usually my calves, although tonight it is much worse than normal and my

whole left leg is agony. It's a throbbing, aching pain and absolutely horrible.

Hi al

I used to suffer with these growing pains too and as

a small child I would cry with the pain. I have since found out I run low on

magnesium so why not try some to see it if relieves your pain.

Worth a try.

Best wishes

Mandy
