What vitamins do I get for d3

Ho to bring my vitamin d 3 levels up can anyone recommend what brand u should

get. I've looked on solgars and there is so many I'm bot to sure what to get

Thanks jacqui I have placed he order. Can I ask does d3 help you, also what

time of day you take the d3, as does this product inrerefer with thyroid meds. I

did try omega 3 but I found I felt more imbalanced since takin them so now

trying d3 to help with my mood.
