TSH values morning versus afternoon remind me please

My daughter is wondering if the discrepancy in Grandaughters TSH result could be that at the last one the blood was taken in the morning whereas previous ones were taken in the afternoon

I have searched everywhere for info on Children with Hashimotos and also Central Hypothyroid but theres very little even on Google Scholar and surprisinly nothing on Thyroid Manager
