Read the side effects of anti depressants especially SSRI's. The list of side effects will take a time to read so sit down with a drink of water; it takes time to read them and a little more time to come to your senses! They cause what they are meant to treat!

If your adrenals are low functioning, they must be supported. Once the adrenals are supported check the thyroid supplemenatation is adequate and correct.

Panic attacks and further depression is likely to be exacerbated if low adrenal function is apparent.
