All

sufficient to make the Paediatrician.

http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/120937-overview

http://jcn.sagepub.com/content/15/1/66.abstract

The following are useful :

http://www.childgrowthfoundation.org/pdf_files/Booklets/15_Hypothyroidism.pdf

http://www.childgrowthfoundation.org/ghd.htm The graph at the bottom is useful

here, a child with hypothyroidism will primarily experience lack of vertical

growth.

http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJM198803103181003

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2645400/?tool=pubmed and this

article gives you the thyroid (fT4, fT3 and TSH) ranges in children (as opposed

to using adult ranges!).
