Guest guest
I would have bounced back to him " The reason there are tens of thousands of members of Internet thyroid support groups is because the NHS are failing them completely. It is because these groups do the research into thyroid disease which doctors do not do, that they are giving health back to their members. Tell him that the research we do is from all the latest research that is published on the Internet in the top Medical Journals, and that it is tragic that doctors are leaving their patients to find out all this for themselves. Thank God for the Internet and patient groups. Ah! Luv - Sheila Saw my GP today told him about the groups on the internet and he said that they know nothing, he is redoing bloods, and testing for some vitamins, wont do them all says there is no point, im to see my endo in february with regards to starting steriods.
