female hormones help please

Hello all,

I'm seeking some help with my female hormones and wondered if anyone here can

point me to a good forum which helps with that (the adrenal one cannot help)?

In case anyone here can help, I particularly need to start estrogen and

testosterone replacement therapy as my progesterone is at the very top of the

range while the other two are non existent (and I can feel they are) and my DHEA

is very low too - I'm post menopausal. I've been taking DHEA, but now feel I

need something more as there has been little or no improvement.

My question is this - my gynae said I could use an estrogen patch, but is that

safe, or is it better to use a cream? and what about testosterone? is anyone

here using a cream for that and where can I get it from? I was reading about a

tri-estrogen called Esnatri and wondered if anyone has tried that.
