Luv - Sheila Hello Sheila Just wondered if anyone in tpa would be interested to know that there is a free yoga class held in Accrington which is aimed at those with health issues. I teach it for Lancashire Adult Learning and the class is linked to the NHS Healthy Lifestyles Team. I have 2 students in the class with thyroid/adrenal issues and students come from Barrowford, Burnley & Colne as well as Accrington.
