Guest guest
Thank you everyone for your thoughts and comments. I found I have to follow a gluten, dairy, nut and low sucrose diet if I'm to avoid painful cramps and urgent diarrhoea. I had about 20 years of chronic urgent diarrhoea. My illness started with two viral infections. the Dr told me the lab results showed 'severe post viral infection'. I've never been well since the infections and was finally diagnosed by Dr P back in 2000, and by others since then. This is about the 3rd time Ive tried t3 - 18mcg. I got up to 37mcg t3 last year and got warm despite the low temp then all of a sudden my heart started racing all the time. Coming off t3 stopped the racing heart but I lost the warmth.I was on 15mg HC and 25mg DHEA I'm hoping by eating more and more often, not allowing myself to get really hungry, that my body will be able to cope. I also take a number of vitamin and mineral supplements. I cant take some because of the gut pains and diarrhoea they cause. I'm also taking 5mg HC and 12.5mg DHEA. Thanks again > > I blame my 15+ years of diarrhea on my low nutrient absorption, and I blame the doctors for not putting 2 and 2 together and noticing it. It has caused me numerous problems. > > 2 >
