Guest guest
I have been on the candida diet for five months and starting to slip back to introducing some sugar in my food ie milk and odd piece of chocolate. while on the diet I have not had any symptoms of die off, i feel it has not been successful, i have now just started efra thyroid and after reading the files fear that this will do no good until i have the candida under control. i was also taking berocca for adrenal support but found that it has been causing an upset tummy and now have frequent bouts of diarrhoea. has anyone any suggestions as i need to boost my adrenals, resolve the candida and sort out the thyroid and i feel as though i have been beaten at the starting block
Guest guest
Hello Elaine Check out the advice and information re: testing, treatment and management and candida diet here CANDIDA in the FILES SECTION of this forum. You should find everything you need to know there. We recommend taking high doses of vitamin C 3000mgs with Nutri Adrenal, or Nutri Adrenal Extra, Selenium 200mcgs taken with food, Vitamin B complex, Zinc 15mgs, Siberian Ginseng and Liquorice (for a short time only ) to help boost thyroid and adrenal function. Check out the FILES section and on the page that opens, scroll down to 'Discounts on Tests and Supplements' Folder and in there, click on 'Nutri Ltd' and follow the instructions for ordering, and quote the TPA reference number and you will get 33% discount. Guest guest
Hi i have candida and have stopped sugar from my diet. you should be able to take your thyroid meds with candida , but may need to take a bit more as the candida may block some of the thyroid meds from working. i am still taking my meds ( natural thyroid ) and as my candida is not to bad have not found any difference.I am taking some bicarb for the candida and will look at other things in the new year. like something to stop it and some probiotics to balance the stomach acidand stop it returning.
