Guest guest
Hi Han, thanks so much for letting us know how much the forum has helped you. This is good to know. You say that 2sometimes it's a struggle " . Can you let us know a bit more about yourself and what supplements and thyroid medication you are taking, i.e. what dose, when were they last increased, what tests you have had done etc. Can you ask your GP to test your levels of iron, transferrin saturation%, ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc. If any of these are found to be low in the reference range, no amount of thyroid hormone can get into the cells until what ever is low has been supplemented. Also, are you treating low adrenal reserve? Do you have systemic candidiasis or mercury poisoning caused through amalgam fillings. I ask, because if you have any of these, again, the thyroid hormone can't do the job it should be doing. Luv - Sheila I haven't posted for a while but I always keep an eye on the forum.
