causes of itching when on Levo and NDT?

Im itchy most of the time. I was diagnosed 2 years ago and initially put on

Levo with disasterous effects and started self managing about 5 months later. I

feel great overall on NDT and blood tests have been posted on here showing OK.

I have itched on and off during the whole time since diagnosed. I have tried

switching to different brands of NDT and it makes no difference to the itching.

Sometimes I don't itch for a couple of weeks and then I may itch for a while.

It doesn't seem linked to my periods. I haven't changed detergents. I've never

had any allergy problems in the past. I have prescription lotions which I use to

moisturise regularly. When fist diagnosed I did a genova test showing high

cortisol pm/evening/night and got into a right state by not managing to sleep

and itching a lot during this time. Everything else seems fine - I really wish

I could get to the bottom of this itching :-( Has anyone else itched and got

any suggestions please?
