Hi All

I have received my Genova Adrenal Stress Profile results today and am not sure

what I need to do now.

The results are: (test taken on 06.12.11)

Cortisol Levels

Sample 1: 7.00 am: 11.4(L) (12-22)

Sample 2: 11.45 am: 4.2 (L) (5-9)

Sample 3: 4.00 pm: 3.6 (3-7)

Sample 4: 10.15 pm: 1.6 (1-3)

Total Daily Cortisol: 20.8 (L) (21-41)

DHEA

Sample 2: 0.23 (L) (0.4-1.47)

Sample 3: 0.25 (L)

DHEA:Cortisol Ratio: 1.15 (2-6)

The report at the bottom says Exhaustion Stage and it goes on to list a few of

the symptoms which are bang on with what I have been experiencing - fatigue,

poor energy, chronic anxiety, blood sugar issues.

I increased my ERFA to 3 grains just over a week ago and have seen some

improvement, mainly in my mood, but I do have quite bad muscle weakness and

shaky episodes still.

Do I need to support my adrenals? and how do I go about doing that?

I have just started taking Vitamin C 1000 mg and I take a Vitamin B Complex with

500 mg Vitamin C in it, but I am not consistent with the Vitamin B Comp as I

have sometimes felt worse after taking it.

So sorry for the long post and I would be so grateful if anyone could point me

in the right direction.

Is it worth speaking to my Doctor or Private Endo?

I wish all a Happy Christmas and thank you for all your help and support.

Love and light

Kerry x
