Adding iodine to soil - SEA-90 sea mineral solids

I'm going through posts from long ago and am wondering if anyone tried the SEA-90 sea mineral solids. I'm pleasantly surprised at how little you need to add and am thinking about adding to my container garden this spring. Thanks in advance and thank Bruce for sharing!
