Guest guest
I have a bottle of " I " mixed with Ethyl alcohol and it is said to be 5mg per drop. I have a separate bottle of " KI " that is said to also be 5mg per drop. If I take 1 drop of each, is that equal to 10 mg of Lugols? Thanks. Guest guest
Craig, I would advise you not to take any iodine that has alcohol in it. Dr. Hulda , author of The Cure For All Diseases, says that most commercially prepared iodine solutions are contaminated with propyl alcohol or wood alcohol. I speak from experience. My prescription Lugol's was contaminated with something - I assume alcohol of some sort. The company denies any alcohol was used in the sterilization of the bottles and told me that the only ingredients were iodine crystals, potassium iodide and purified water. My symptoms when injesting this were dizziness, diarrhea, hives, headaches, and vision problems. I still have the fuzzy vision. I had to have an allergy elimination procedure done before I could take my homemade iodine, because the "contaminant" 'transferred' itself somehow to all forms of iodine which I ingested.
