Buist, ND HC lithium and iodine and others I am taking 12.5 mg iodoral a day, slowly titrating up to 25-50. I wanted to ask if anyone has also concurrently taken lithium (either aspartate or orotate) along with the iodine, and if so, did you experience any problems with it.
