High Blood pressure

Hi I was wondering if any of you know what I can take to lower my blood pressure normally. I read on earthclinic.com that the magnesium citrite may be what is rising my blood pressure. I have always been 117/60 to 125/85 but now it is rising to 141/90 and causes me to get a headache and a numbing sensation on the top of my head every once in a while. I have had that sensation for years but find if I keep my blood pressure low i rarely ever get it. i do not want to have a problem with blowing a ventricle. I had an aneurysm when I was in my teens so I do not want to cause a problem again. rae
