Can someone give me the recipe for Lugol's 5% and the sources for the

ingredients? I'm sorry. I didn't pay attention to this info previously. But

now my ND is asking about making this. She's also a pharmacist and says

that they can't buy Lugol's. I thought it was supposed to be available OTC

in Canada?
