Have you read the New Member doc.? Go to Files, then New Member doc. then Commonly Asked Questions. The first one answers your question and explains the differences of many types of iodine. You will see Atomodine is not recommended for the Iodine Protocol. Again, please go and read all you can.

Heritage Products Atomidine Iodine

I am just starting to take iodine and want to know if Heritage Products Atomidine® Iodine is as good of a source as Iodoral. I purchase most supplements from vitacost and they sell a 2 oz bottle for $11.Any and all recommendation from those of you who are well experienced with Iodine supplemetation would be appreciated.J.
