thyroid nodule question how much iodroal to shrink it

I have a thyrodi nodule my vitamin d is very low I get a new scan dec 21 my thyroid has been acting hyper my temp up on very little meds nature 1 grain or less how much iodine shoudl i take adn hwo do i shrink the nodule and save my thyroid thanks sus

You didn't state if your thyroid nodule is " hot " or " cold " but it sounds as if

it might be a " hot " nodule and that you are hyperthyroid, based on your
