How long do you have to take 200-300 mg of lugol's iodine if you have cancer?Micha

Just general info: According to researchers, elemental iodine is about seventy percent affective at killing cancer cells, as it can enter on it's own accord, it does not need help getting inside the cancer cell, as opposed to potassium iodide, the other part of lugols, is only about thirty percent affective at causing apoptosis in cancer cells.

I make, charge and sell my iodine for that purpose, I have cancer, so I take elemental iodine first thing in the morning, 110mgs Then at lunch time I take the remainder of lugol's iodide as NASA published some material saying humans need both. I did only take elemental for about three weeks, but began feeling weird, so added back in iodide and all is well. I try to keep up with the smart ladies at breastcancerchoice.org, as they are very innovative and mostly refuse to believe chemo and radiation for cancer relief. They take high doses of logol's and rub lumps with potassium iodide

In Mexico DMSO is used most often for detoxing, so I take a couple teaspoons of dmso with my iodine, and it illuminated iodine detox for me. david lubbock tx.

How do you mix the insoluble iodine crystals in H20?

I thought that Lugol invented his mix to work around this?

A U-tube video showed two parts KI dissolved in H20 followed by adding one part

I2 and letting sit overnight.

The KI facilitates and is needed to dissolve the I2 into solution, no?

Hi,Do you have some studies re the 70% success rate?   I'm not doubting you but would like to read the actual research and have it on hand for discussions.Also, where can you buy elemental iodine?

I am not aware of the distinction. I know that it is iodine that is needed in cell apoptosis. But the body needs both forms and that is why we recommend Lugol's formula.
