Guest guest
Yes it is part of the protocol. I will be uploading the new supplementing guide to the group today. Otherwise you can download it from my website at www.steppingstonesliving.com/resources/iodine/ Buist, ND HC Continue taking Sea Salt and Vitamin C? Do I need to keep taking sea salt and vitamin C (3-4k mg a day) once the iodine related bromine symptoms, such as eyelit twitching, are gone? I'm already taking a potent multivitamin and don't think I can benefit from the extra vitamin C intake. Thanks!

Guest guest
yes, I am from Germany. The therapy with iodine is a quite unknown topic that is the reason why I started the blog with some information and my personal experience with it. By the way, I have been using iodine for about one year now, meanwhile I use 150 mg per day. Even if I am not cured, the iodine improved a lot my well being. I am really happy with the group. best, a > > > > Yes it is part of the protocol. I will be uploading the new supplementing guide to the group today.
