Do I need to keep taking sea salt and vitamin C (3-4k mg a day) once the iodine related bromine symptoms, such as eyelit twitching, are gone? I'm already taking a potent multivitamin and don't think I can benefit from the extra vitamin C intake. Thanks!

The therapy with iodine is a quite unknown topic that is the reason why I
