If you feel comfortable doing it, make your own Lugols.Should cost you less than $5.00 per Oz.If you can cook and follow a simple recipe, this should be easy, only 2 ingredients plus water, and you don't even need to heat or cool it.The instructions have been on this board many times and are easy to find, when you are ready.Pharmacy's want you to think this is Rocket Science and hard to do, IT'S NOT hard to do, some of the things they do, you should NOT try to do at home, but this is not one of them. IMODo use eye and hand protection, just to be safe. You can get the iodine & iodide crystals on e-bay.If you make your own, you know what's in it and what strength it is.This is going to be my

next step to make my own, what a good way to start the new year.Good Luckkmk

This is the only place I could find REAL Lugol's, and as an added bonus, it's

less expensive too! http://www.strideintohealth.com/Lugol-Solution.html It

cost $30 Australian dollars (which paypal converted to $31 USD as I am in the

U.S.) for 50 ml (which is almost 2 oz) of 5% Lugol's which is 6.5mg iodine per

drop.
