Also, after I eat lately my pulse races for thirty minuted to two hours. I have had labs done. I know they are not correct one that are needed. My Level Range TSH: 6.240 0.450 Thyroxine: 6.5 4.5-12.0 T3 Uptake: 32 24-39 Free Thyroxine: 2.1 1.2-4.9 Cortisol: 6.4 2.3-19.4 Vitamin D: 36.9 32.0-100.
Guest guest
Have you tried salt loading? acne is a sign of bromide detox and salt loading will help move the bromide out of your system. Guest guest
Your free T3 is at the bottom of the range which is going to keep you hypothyroid. This will stress your adrenals. Adrenals can cause that racy feeling. So if you pushed more iodine and forced a detox you may have stressed the already stressed adrenals. A spot cortisol is not indicative of your status. Watching it 4 times a day (morning, noon, night and late night) via saliva is a much better indication. Your vitamin D is very low too. Optimum levels are 50-70. Guest guest
Wrinkles on your arms is probably from weight loss. The acne is almost certainly a bromide reaction. We generally say that when people have deep detox symptoms, they might want to back off the iodine a bit, EXCEPT when people have life threatening illnesses like ca and the acne is more of an inconvenience than a serious problem, in that light. You need Vit D3. Vitacost.com has a bottle of D3 drops, each drop is 2000IU, there are some 600 drops in the bottle, for $10. -- On 2 Dec 2011 at 14:06, ladybugsandbees wrote: > > > > Your free T3 is at the bottom of the range which is going to keep you > hypothyroid.
