hi caz

to me a dropping temperature after exertion sounds adrenal related ...if (over

five days) your average daily temp doesn't vary by more than 0.2 then that would

indicate your adrenals are sound ...your morning temps indicate you are hypo

though.

my temp used to drop after physical work and i also used to go very pale and

wan!

Thankyou for your reply.I feel faint and dizzy and clammy when i do anything, and my head whooshes when i get up, like its going to explode!!My daily temps are erractic, the lowest average over the 5 days being 35.8c and the highest 36.3c.This is where im confused because my most recent Adrenal saliva test shows high cortisol in the morning, and hi, but within range throughout the day, whereas, the same test i had done in 2009 came back low across the board, and i havent been on any adrenal supplements between that time???So my newest test is telling my that im not low on cortisol?Best wishesCaz
