Terbinafine

Just been prescribed this anti fungal just wondering if anybody has heard of it

before or knows of any interactions with this and adrenals/thyroid. I did a

quick google search didnt bring too much up.

Hi SteveI took it for 6 months last year for a skin infection. I was prescribed the cream first then went on the tablets. I was taking Levothyroxine at the time and had no side effects. Good stuff, cleared it up very quickly but you need to be on it a while so it doesn't return. Hope that helps.Diane

I have been prescribed 4-6 months worth! So fingers crossed! and thanks for the

Yes Steve, I took the Terbinafine in the morning; that way I got relief from the itching throughout the day too. The probiotic in the evening is what I did too. Seemed to work OK.

You seem well organised, so best of luck.

One final question from your expierence, when is it bes to take the anti fungal and pro bitoic? Im thinking anti fungal in the morning and pro biotic on the evening ?
