The idea of eating animal protein twice or three times a day would gall me. i cannot do without carbohydrates. ( I try to avoid dairy as i think i'm allergic. I try to vary my cereals and i have started folliwing traditional legume+cereal Italian recipes which satisfy me. Of course i still eat meat and fish . I suffer from fermentation (probably no hydrochloric acid, typical of thyroid patients??) and take nutrigest and kefir yogurt. this helps a lot and i have decreased my anti histamines.
