Guest guest
First post after a few months of investigation and progressing from being 400 mcg iodine from kelp, to 1200 mcg, 1000 mcg time release vitamin B-12 and CoQ10 300 mg. I work out 3 to 5 times a week both aerobic and aerobic while primarily eating healthy, self cooked meals. Impact on blood sugars as been difficult to delineate while undergoing on diagnosable mechanical noise difficulties in condo, preventing appropriate regular sleep. after receiving J.Crow's Lugol's 2% iodine, I plan to start the 2% solution(pending no problems)in approximately 4 days. Open to others' experience with type I diabetes of which I have not noticed as of yet. PS I'm also testing glucose 7 to 10 times a day.
