Hi there, you can take your dose of Armour in different amounts per day. the thyroid do not make the same amount of hormones per day. if you take 3and1/2 per day then you can take 3 one day and 4 the next, over one week this would be the same as your daily dose. angel. 3+4+3+4+3+4+3+4=28 per 8 days. is the same as 3and1/2 per day. some of us do this when we take an extra 1/2 a grain in the colder months .!!!!
