Please can anyone recommend a good multivitamin/mineral WITHOUT iron? I have

been taking a BioCare one, but my iron is quite high these days so I think I

should find a supplement without it. I cannot tolerate Dr Myhill's mineral

supplement, even without iron, just in case anyone suggests that.

Thanks,

Miriam

Hi,

I find that the following brand is helping me as it seems to contain a lot of

the vits and minerals to help support the adrenals that is talked about on this

website (magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium etc) -

" Magnesium-OK " made by Wassen and is available at most brands of Boots,

Superdrug etc.

Also, I have ordered other products from the following website

www.naturesbest.co.uk as they do another form of multi vitamins without iron and

also their magnesium supplement called " magabsorb " is quite good. Hope this

helps!

Yes, thank you. I'll take a look at those. Magnesium seems to be particularly

important for me, so it's interesting you mention it. I ran out of it recently

and have started to get muscle cramp again.
