Guest guest Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hi , I don`t remember the source of this info but a news bulletin springs to mind. perhaps it`s the taking of all three together that is the problem I don`t believe it`s the omega per-say .only the tree together. why would any one wont to take all three anyway.? don`t take it my self but if i was to then taking just two would be good,but don`t think you need all three.! what about just fish oils, which is omega or am i off the track with this.?. over dose springs to mind. I am looking for a mood booster and heard omega is the best thing, il look into fish oils also. Guest guest Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hi , their is nothing wrong or right about taking them, all i was saying is if the omega 9 stops the 0mega 3/6 from working properly as I have heard, then what.is the point of taking all three. sorry my logic is only take the supplements that don`t cancel out the others. or may be the report got it wrong. sorry if i upset you but only stating a facts that some times we all tend to take a lot of supplements and vitamins to help with out hashi`s but it is hard to no what is in conflict and what works best together.Angel. who takes supps and vits for her hashi`s and RA and no`s that some things are good for us and others are bad. so what i say is just be careful.
