Guest guest Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 No, T3 is not designed to be taken sublingually, so even though we do have some members who say that they take it this way, it should still be taken 4 hours away from calcium and iron. Sublingual tablets are soft outer coating so it can be absorbed directly into the tiny capillaries under the tongue.
