Hi, just wondering guys if i was to take my bed time dose of T3 sublingually

would i be ok to take iron at the same time ? Silly question i know just that i

want to be 100% sure.

No, T3 is not designed to be taken sublingually, so even though

we do have some members who say that they take it this way, it should still be

taken 4 hours away from calcium and iron. Sublingual tablets are soft outer

coating so it can be absorbed directly into the tiny capillaries under the

tongue. T3 has a hard coat
