Guest guest
Hi Ali, good to 'see' you around, but it would be better had it been under more favourable circumstances. Have you any other symptoms apart from this 'heavy' pressure feeling in your chest? It is always best to pop in to your GP to check out there is nothing happening that shouldn't be. I suspect myself that you might be in need of an increase your dose of Erfa, and you could try adding another half grain (30mgs), and if no adverse reactions, increase by another half grain in about 3 to 4 weeks. Have you recently had your levels of iron, transferrin saturation%, ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc tested? It might be that you have suddenly gone low with one, or more of these, and if so, you need to supplement with whatever is low before the thyroid hormone can be fully utilised at cellular level. Are you taking 200mcgs Selenium daily, vitamin C 2/3000mgs daily and a good brand of Vitamin B Complex? Luv - Sheila Hi all, i haven't been on for a while because i have been feeling better with 2 grains of erfa (for 12 weeks now) but this past week i have been feeling tired again and having a blood test on friday. Today i woke up and i have e bit of chest pressure when i take a deep breath centraly between breast and going into my back , it isnt painful just feels heavy, could this be my thyroid levels again?
