Going to have my vit injection but my levels have risen - what do I do

H all

My latest results show my b12 has gone from 144 to 268 range 188 t 800 I'm now

panicking that I dint need the vit injection as I'm worried as m 29 weeks

pregnant. I think m level has come up due to folic acid m taking and iron, but.

Am now stopping the iron as instructed by my hematologist.

So nit to sure all my levels seem to be going up and down
