Guest guest Posted November 3, 2011 Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 Hi all,Ive just done the Adrenal Stress Questionnaire, and the results are as follows :-Total number of questions answered - 57Total points - 161Severity index - 2.8Asterisk total - 8Now i dont know what to do next, this does correspond with the 24 hour urine Adrenal test i had done in 2008.Do i go show my GP? or do i get myself some NAX and start them? How do i know what exactly is up with my adrenals tho? I may something growing on them or something like that! Do dodgy Adrenals give you other symptoms likes excess Hair?? Helllpppppppppppp!! Guest guest Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Don't bother your GP - they are only trained in testing for 's disease (too low a level of cortisol secretion ) or Cushing's Syndrome (too high a level of cortisol secretion). Doctors are not trained to even recognise low adrenal reserve, so get on with it and treat it yourself Caz with Nutri Adrenal Extra.
