Originally, I saw the recommended Supplements - but did NOT see Niacin or Niacinamide amongst them. I am assuming it IS recommended as it can help with perspiring and thus detoxifying and excreting halogens. 1. So two primary questions, please: Along with Vit C, Magnesium & Selenium, then Niacin B3 is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - IS THAT CORRECT? 2. Also, again for emphasis, please verify that IT IS the NIACIN that one wants - NOT Niacinamide, correct? And if so, I would assume it is because it HAS the ability to induce flushing and excretion per below: " High doses of Niacin can cause flushing. However, since Niacinamide does not have a blood vessel dilating effect...
