Guest guest
Hi,aggi, It is true that these critters come out around 5 pm in the evening and stay until around 5-6 am. It is also true for me that 5 days before and 5 days after the full moon they get worse. I take wormwood, oregano oil,Cat's Claw, Blackwalnut caps, and if I can get it,I also take Teasel. All of these seem to help with the stinging, itching, etc. Most all antibiotics cause one to be sun sensitive. I usually wear long sleeves and long pants in Spring and Summer and if I must be out for a time, I use an umbrella over my head. I heard about a mixture of essential oils called Scabies Killer-from Neutraceuticals that brings the critters out of the body. GOOGLE Scabies Killer for more info. This person said it really worked for her. Doe (on this forum) has a recipe for getting rid of mites. I think he uses a sprayer from Cedarcide and a mixture of Coconut oil and water and fogs his living space at short intervals. I have not used any of the above because of Severe allergies to all fragrances, chemicals, yard sprays, dryer sheets, scented body wash. In addition to all the critters, I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivitie-allergies which make my life more challenging. Seems everything is scented these days so I am mostly homebound. My neighbors use scented everything, scented dryer sheets are horribly toxic. So, is weedkilling sprays, charcoal and lighter fluid used for grilling foods, home pest control. Add all of these to cigarette smoke, exhaust smoke from vehicles and the air we breathe is totally toxic. Some recommended a sunscreen from Walmart with SP70 that protects the skin from the sun and repels bugs. Cheers g_mrrsn > > >So sorry :-) I have never seen my mites either and yet I got at least identification of a " blood-sucking mite " . Guest guest
Hi , When in Egypt, I started up the Doxy treatment just one night before we left. On departure day we spent our last few hours on the beach and I got a nasty sunburn all over my body. I knew I was not supposed to go in the sun, but never expected the abx to be kicking in this quick... I got that totally wrong. The weather is starting to pick up in Germany as well. Today has been a lovely, sunny day, about 10 degrees warm. Guest guest
C- The symptom you are describing is a classic herx, if it becomes intolerable take a day or 2 off the Doxy and then resume. The Doxy is killing the Lyme spirochetes.AaOn Mar 5, 2012, at 4:03 PM, ILIKE TREES wrote: Hi all Am.pretty dissapointed tonight as my pinprick bites had lessened recently with the doxy but tonight all o a sudden they are worse n in other areas too, like my legs Have a fever too, burning up an face bright red blotchy Feel sick Could this be normal n herxing on doxy making me worse? Guest guest
Hi Aggi,I had a sun allergy far before the antibiotics... so abx make it worse. I totally understand about not getting it right. I am light skinned so I think that is why it is harder for me with sun exposure. I sent a bcc to you in response to an email I got from a fellow from the California Lyme group who is German and is possibly returning to Germany to get Lyme treatment. I hope you got my response to him. I know of a few people there including Dr. Carsten Nicolaus in Augsburg. There was someone else by the Marc Neumann. He has a clinic there. At least he used to. Both work with people with Morgellons. Almost all with Morgellons have Lyme Disease.Good that it is heating up there! So nice in spring and summer there! Maybe wine tasting? I miss Germany. From: "Aggi Assmann" <aggi_assmann@...>bird mites Sent: Tuesday, March 6, 2012 12:26:13 PMSubject: Re: Re: symptoms Hi , When in Egypt, I started up the Doxy treatment just one night before we left. Guest guest
-I was fine in the sun every day last summer- I have a pool where I'm staying, but only because I was not on Doxy. I was on bactrim, levaquin, and ceftin- and I have very fair skin. With Doxy I can't go in the sun though, maybe some others too but I don't know which.AandrayaOn Mar 5, 2012, at 4:16 PM, Goldstein@... wrote: C,This I believe is a very typical herx. Guest guest
I've got your response to ! He can contact me anytime. Not sure if I can be of help with Lyme specialists. Marc Neumann seems the one to be asked. I never got Lyme tested, since I haven't got any of the symptoms at all. Actually, I am feeling very healthy again. I am almost 100 percent mite-free now. Full moon still scares me though. 3 months on Doxy with rounds of Itraconazole in between. Just can't get rid of that weird feeling in my hair. I only get that in office and car still. We're probably moving offices in May once again. I am also planning in getting a new vehicle, needs saving up a bit longer ;-) Wine tasting is great in Germany. We usually go down the river Mosel, to a place called Cochem, which is a very lovely area. No plans coming over seeing your daughter ? I totally understand about not getting it right. I am light skinned so I think that is why it is harder for me with sun exposure. I sent a bcc to you in response to an email I got from a fellow from the California Lyme group who is German and is possibly returning to Germany to get Lyme treatment. I hope you got my response to him. I know of a few people there including Dr. Carsten Nicolaus in Augsburg. There was someone else by the Marc Neumann. He has a clinic there. At least he used to. Both work with people with Morgellons. Almost all with Morgellons have Lyme Disease. Good that it is heating up there! So nice in spring and summer there! Maybe wine tasting? I miss Germany. Guest guest
-I did have that sensation, it was like my hair was alive. I strongly suggest you see a Lyme literate doctor, most of us have Lyme disease at the root of these issues. Regular doctors almost always disregard this possibility and are not educated on these infections.AandrayaOn Mar 6, 2012, at 4:35 PM, Mayers wrote: I have not read much about ppl being attacked by their hair... a feeling that something is moving toward my face from my scalp is overwhelming. also it changes color from orange to black then a white or silver. Guest guest
I love the River Mosel - didn't get to take a cruise/boat ride while there last year. I love the wines of Germany. We bought many bottles of wine and brought them home with us. Wow, that was heavy! Yes we took trips along the Mosel, to Trier and Bernkastel-Kues. I could not believe how steep the mountains are there and they all covered in marvelous grape vines to the tops of the mountains. The wine country here where I live is beautiful, but not as pretty as it is along the Mosel, nor as picturesque. The beauty there is rare! Each soil, climate and amount of sun bring us different wonderful wines. California wines are great too but totally different. I wish we had the $ to take another trip to Germany this summer, but that isn't happening unfortunately. I have to focus on trying to get as well as I can and that takes big $$$$. :(I will email this fellow and then he can contact you if need be.Hugs, From: "Aggi Assmann" <aggi_assmann@...>bird mites Sent: Tuesday, March 6, 2012 1:33:47 PMSubject: Re: Re: symptoms I've got your response to ! What I really miss right now is being able to sit in the sunshine on a nice clear ALMOST spring day. I am so sensitive to the sun because of being on 3 antibiotics! Guest guest
C- agreed about the sense of humour. When I think about springtails living on my body or tell someone about it I can't help cracking up because the whole scenario was so outrageous. The protocols I had set up during that whole nightmare, being in the psych. ward.... I can laugh about it now but it still has left some traumatic stress disorder type symptoms, especially since I'm still dealing with and recovering from Lyme. Guest guest
I'm looking at prison time because I am a long time (20+yrs) meth addict and I was going to court for a possession case, not in jail because I am out on supervised OR, - I was driving and the crawling and noise on my head - in my hair was too much for me to handle so I pulled over to shake out my hair and police rolled up on me. I then caught a new possession case that I bailed out on. I did not go to court because they will remand me and lock me up. Just for being on sup.OR when I got that new case.. it is an added 2yrs. 2 yr enhancement + 18 months on both pending cases + the violations for the cases I am on probation for., I am on felony probation for 2 separate cases - both cases are because of possession of meth o my hair changes color - also changes lengths. It changes back tho too. I think they are under my scalp - I have been having problems for 6-8 months now and " it " is always growing - getting bigger - I also believe it to b more than one thing happening - also seems as tho something is transparent - it holds weight and is warm but not solid or visible. this is all very scary. I dont know what to do! I need a doctor that recognizes that something is wrong and write me a letter stating that I am suffering from.... whatever this is - so that I can show the courts and get put into medical or something - when i do get arrested. I can not go into general population like this - esp. if no one believes me and they say its all in my head. The chance of spreading it would be high and when I get to prison they would probably kill me - bringing this into their world would not b ok. The symptoms r so overwhelming that there would b no way to fake nothing is happening. (two of my friends have caught this from me and one friends house has turned into a problem that we cant get ahold of) I went to Stanford emergency and they 5150ed me & diagnosed me with delusions of parisitetosis. Ive been to 7+ doctors who have all just shined me on without hardly even looking at my head or taking any samples to be tested. Ive tried so many things to reduce numbers and get some relief from attacks that get worse daily. I think somethings that I have tried mayb have fed them or been like steroids to where they have grown to a super size. I really need help here. > >> > > >> >So sorry :-) I have never seen my mites either and yet I got at least identification of a " blood-sucking mite " . They do not know a thing. > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> >________________________________ > >> >Von: "charlesbradshaw1@" <charlesbradshaw1@> > >> >An: bird mites > >> >Gesendet: 18:25 Montag, 5.März 2012 > >> >Betreff: Re: Re: mites under the skin?? > >> > > >> >And charles! Don't forget about me. As for the size of mites I cannot see them and never could. Just too small. Not even with a 15 power lense. I don't know also how important it is to identify exactly. Just to get rid of them. Tell you the truth. There is no one that I have found in san antonio that knows anything about them or even wants to return a call. I have talked to the supervisors of all pest companies here. > >> >Sent from my BlackBerry® by Boost Mobile > >> > > >> >------------------------------------ > >> > > >> >
